6 MORE DAYS!!!

If you haven't submitted your health form, you need to get your health interval form to the Nurse ASAP.

The nurse will be there all day today (Tuesday), and ONLY until 11am on Friday. The nurse is NOT clearing on Monday, so if you hand it in then you will not be allowed to practice.

You can also hand in your form during this week, but you need to bring it to the main office for her mailbox, or place it on her desk.

Looking forward to Monday! 3:15pm in the girls locker room at the High School, bring your parent agreement form, signed by you and your parent. You will not be able to practice with out this form.

We will fill out the index cards, grab the equipment and head to Lincoln School. Let your parents know, that you can be picked up at 630 at Lincoln. Tuesday and Wednesday, go to Lincoln for practice, we will not be meeting at the High School before practice these days.
