START DATE: MODIFIED PRACTICE REGULAR SEASON - 9/1/09 Times To Be Announced

PHYSICAL DATES: TBA - Listen to the announcements, something will be out soon. Don't wait on your physicals; get them done so you will be ready to go for the upcoming season. Remember if you get your physical done by your own doctor, our school nurse still needs to clear you.

Calendar Fitness (see handout) should help you get ready in the summer, grap a buddy and train together!

Proper mouthguards, shinguards (school supplies), goggles (not supplied) and all other safety precautions are to be enforced in summer camp and regular season. Please come prepared!
